By work­ing on chal­len­ging & excit­ing cross func­tional pro­jects, you will inter­act with cent­ral depart­ments and extend your global net­work. 6 months oper­at­ive con­trolling with a focus on logist­ics con­trolling in our plant in Stoecken, Han­over, learn­ing on-the-job and get to know all con­trolling-related top­ics in the home plant
Intro­duc­tion to con­trolling pro­cesses and sys­tems in a Truck and Car Plant
Gen­eral Intro­duc­tion to pro­duc­tion pro­cesses, Rub­ber Tech­no­lo­gies, Mater­ial’s flow - deeper intro­duc­tion to plant oper­a­tions

6 months in Cent­ral Con­trolling in Han­over
Pro­ject-based train­ing and assign­ments
In-depth under­stand­ing of cent­ral con­trolling, related sys­tems and pro­jects tech­nical train­ings, e.g. LIFT (Learn­ing Ini­ti­at­ive for Tires)

6 months in Plant Con­trolling in a plant abroad

  • Bach­elor degree prefer­ably in Fin­ance & Con­trolling or sim­ilar
  • First work­ing exper­i­ence
  • Pro­found the­or­et­ical back­ground in the con­trolling / fin­ance area
  • First work­ing exper­i­ence in inter­na­tional pro­jects within inter­na­tional intern­ship or pro­ject work at respect­ive uni­versity
  • Exper­i­ence in an inter­na­tional envir­o­ment due to an inter­na­tional intern­ship or study abroad or work­ing in a mulit­i­cul­taral and inter­na­tional team pre­ferred
  • Flu­ent in Eng­lish and the lan­guage of your home plant (coun­try of employ­ment)
  • First pro­ject man­age­ment exper­i­ence
