Tasks
The position involves the maintenance and oversight of coating and lithography systems in the cleanroom. Responsibilities include conducting and monitoring PECVD and plasma etching processes, managing lithography procedures, and ensuring the functionality of vacuum technology. Additionally, you will support projects in the field of thin-film technology, document and analyze process data, and contribute to the development and optimization of process workflows. Communication in both German and English is also required.
Requirements
- Successfully completed (technical) university degree (Bachelor/FH diplom) in physics, microsystems technology, electrical engineering, materials science, or a related field
- Practical experience in at least one of the following areas: coating technologies (e.g., PECVD, ALD), etching technologies (e.g., ICP, RIE), or lithography (e.g., UV-, E-beam lithography)
- Knowledge of vacuum technology
- Strong proficiency in either German or English, with a willingness to acquire the missing language skills
Desirable:
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of electronics or optics
- Experience in documenting and analyzing technical processes
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and development
