Tasks

Participation in the Berlin Reallabor IWIQ to research how grey-water systems can be installed in existing buildings.

You will be responsible for the project tasks of the research group of the Technische Universität Berlin.
The main goal is to understand non-destructive testing methods to assess existing buildings, the integration of the assessment results in BIM models, and to design integrated simulation tools to support the engineering of integration solutions

Requirements

  • successfully completed scientific university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in a related engineering discipline
  • knowledge of BIM theory and BIM modeling skills
  • experience of conducting research with industry professionals

Additionally, candidates with one or more of the following skills will be preferred during the selection process of the candidate:

  1. experience with non destructive building assessment methods
  2. the ability to code prototypical software
  3. knowledge in integrated building simulation software and tools
