Your responsibility

The job holder is responsible for all tasks related to the AiF-funded project "Technofunctional fingerprint of proteins". This includes the development, planning and implementation of scientific experiments, their evaluation, the instruction of students (in the project context), project management including the writing of interim and final reports, project presentations and scientific publications.

Your profile

  • successfully completed academic university degree (master's, diploma or equivalent) in food technology, food chemistry or a comparable subject
  • laboratory experience in physico-chemical characterisation of emulsions
  • very good Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • good knowledge of German and/or English required; willingness to acquire the respective missing language skills
  • very good organizational and communication skills are desired
  • Knowledge in project management, experience in guiding students are an advantage
