Your responsibility

In a third-party funded research project, novel methodologies for increasing the resilience and reliability of radio communication paths in the UHF range are being analyzed, evaluated, and improved.

The work at TU Berlin focusses on the development on evaluating and further developing the hardware robustness of the radio communication path.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in electrical engineering or a comparable degree program with a strong focus on electrical engineering
  • Knowledge and experience from project work in at least two of the following areas
    a) Analogue circuit technology
    b) HF measurement technology and creation of validation concepts for HF circuit carriers
    c) Experience with channel measurements in low-interference environments
  • Good knowledge of German and/or English required; willingness to acquire the respective missing language skills
  • Experience in the hardware development of radar modules desirable
  • Experience in the design of radar antennas desirable
  • A structured and independent approach to work desirable
  • Willingness to take responsibility for subtasks desirable
  • Ability to work in a team desirable
  • Willingness to document project work desirable
