Sales Operations Specialist German Speaker

TENWAYS is a fast-growing European e-bike company, with Germany as one of our most important markets. As we scale, so do our commercial operations, and this is where this role comes in.
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you won’t sit on the sidelines. You’ll work at the center of how our business runs day to day: orders, customers, deliveries, and collaboration across teams.
This role is ideal if you want to understand how an international company really operates, not in theory, but through daily hands-on work, while living and working in Amsterdam.

Founded in May 2021 with its headquarters in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, TENWAYS specializes in the independent R&D, production and sales of high-quality electric bikes (E-bikes), boasting a global workforce of over 200 employees to date. Positioned as a brand with global development strategies, TENWAYS has established branch offices in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, the United States and the United Kingdom, and set up a joint-venture factory in Portugal.

Tasks

You’ll join the Sales Operations team and be directly involved in:

  • Managing B2B orders from quotation to invoicing
  • Coordinating deliveries, timelines, and updates for Germanspeaking customers
  • Working closely with Sales to align pricing, availability, and expectations
  • Solving operational issues related to orders, shipments, and invoices
  • Keeping ERP / CRM data accurate and reliable
  • Supporting reporting and operational improvements
    Your work ensures that what is sold is delivered, clearly, correctly, and on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or similar
  • Fluent German C1/C2 level
  • Professional English
  • Comfortable working with Excel
  • Interest in structured processes and systems
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Clear communicator
  • Reliable and proactive
  • Curious to understand how a business works
  • Comfortable in an international environment
