Thereby you will make a significant contribution to the sustainable development of the economy and society, combining practical research with future-oriented teaching. You will teach Business Administration courses in the faculty’s bachelor’s, master’s and diploma programs. The duties of the professorship also include an active participation in academic self-administration and in the committees of the Faculty of Business and Economics and the TUD.

Proficiency in German is not a prerequisite for appointment. However, we expect you to acquire sufficient language skills in German to conduct teaching and administrative tasks in German language within two years of appointment. The requirements for appointment, the official duties and the administrative status are governed by §§ 59, 69, 71 of the Institutions of Higher Education Act in the Free State of Saxony (SächsHSG) and the Regulations on Duties and Responsibilities of Institutes of Higher Education (HSDAVO).
