Your responsibility
- Coworking in research activities at the area of solid state and materials chemistry with the goal of qualification
- Main research focus: Synthesis and characterisation of oxide, oxoanionic and nitride solids
- Teaching duties under the obligations of the subject areas described above
Your profile
- Successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in chemistry, with the focus on solid state chemistry, is required
- Experience in the field of synthesis and characterisation of inorganic solids is essential (demonstrated by at least one qualification thesis in this subject area)
- Basic experience in the field of X-ray characterisation of inorganic solids is essential
- Experience in handling reactive gaseous components is essential
- Excellent written and spoken German language skills are essential to perform teaching duties, among other things, good command of English
- Experience in the synthesis and characterisation of oxide, oxoanionic or nitride solids is desirable
- ln-depth knowledge in the field cf Rietveld refinement and single-crystal X-ray structure analysis is also desirable
