Your responsibility
Within a third-party funded research project the TU Berlin will develop an embedded hardware platform that enables simultaneous signal stimulation and processing of up to 256 analogue modulated signals with the help of artificial intelligence.
The work at TU Berlin focusses in particular on researching and development of embedded computer architectures for executing and accelerating AI algorithms.
Your profile
- successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in computation engineering science or electrical engineering
- Knowledge and experience with
a) Programming of the real-time operating system Zephyr and of real-time operating systems for embedded systems (RTOS, embedded Linux)
b) Implementation of wireless data transmission solutions (full-stack development Bluetooth, LoRa)
c) Selection and application of AI methods specifically for embedded systems
d) Use and application of multi-sensor technology in industrial environments (production machinery, robotics, industrial intra-process logistics) - Good German and/or English language skills required; willingness to acquire the respective missing language skills
- Experience with
(a) analog and digital circuit design desirable
(b) description and synthesis of FPGAs desirable - Ability to think ahead and find uncomplicated solutions desirable
- Structured and independent way of working desirable
- Ability to work in a team, willingness to take responsibility desirable
