Your responsibility

  • Conducting a research project in the field of Structural Health Monitoring (SHM), reliability theory and assessment of existing structures funded by Bundesministerium für Digitales und Verkehr (BMDV). PhD thesis preparation is possible.

Your profile

  • successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in structural engineering
  • excellent knowledge and experience in the field of structural engineering
  • suitability in theoretical work and performance of experimental research (referring SHM)
  • good written and spoken German skills

Desirable:

  • experience in realization of research projects (also experimental research)
  • practical professional experience
  • good English skills; willingness to acquire the respective missing language skills
