Tasks

Experience as our new Working Student Digital Farming Solutions (m/f/d) at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA how multifaceted a job in the marketing department of an international company can be!

In this role you support the Digital Farming Solutions team in its daily project management and collaboration with external agencies. You will walk in the customer's pair of shoes by testing and documenting the digital offer of myKWS worldwide.

Are you available for at least six months?

We look forward to have you aboard as of May 1st, 2025 at our HQ in Einbeck, Lower Saxony!

What's in for you:

  • Testing the myKWS platform and digital farming tools (e.g. variable rate seeding, CONVISO Applicationmanager) continuously and on your own initiative. With your agricultural background, you find and address technical bugs and potential for an improved user experience. You support the team in providing a high-performing customer platform and digital tools
  • Supporting the digital myKWS tool rollout and answer requests from marketing colleagues
  • Creating onboarding and training materials for the myKWS tools for marketing and sales colleagues worldwide and you actively work on creating tool documentation
  • As part of our team you will gain professional experience in agile project management and in collaboration with external marketing agencies and IT developers

Requirements

Your Profile:

  • Preferably an academic degree with focus on agronomy or digital farming or comparable
  • Proven background in digital farming and agronomy
  • Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management is an advantage
  • Link between marketing, business and IT
  • Existing networks in digital/smart farming or AgTech would be a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex topics
  • Good command of both English and German; additional languages are an asset
